Coach Nielsen...How's the summer training and workout programs goin for the athletes there in Brady? All is well here in Lexington so far!
Nice!
-Working hard and having that work ethic type of atmosphere is vital for success. Coach Truax there in Lexington had to change the culture and change the mindset of the players that you had to work hard in the weightroom and in film study in order to win on the field. Nice, Concordia U is an awesome place to play ball. We just finished up testing week this past week, and start spring ball tonight under the lights. I put up some pretty good numbers, 4.48 40yd 35 vert, 320 bench, 460 squat, 300 clean. I'm a 185lb fullback. Definitely keep in touch!

Hello Coach Nielsen!
-Glad to accept ya as a friend, saw you are from Brady. I'm originally from Lexington. I have one more season of football at Concordia University left. I'm a Fitness Studies major, and gonna get my NSCA PT and CSCS certifications after graduation. How's the strength program there at Brady?
