Interned with the Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning staff. Duties included assisting coaches with teaching athletes proper form, setting up drills, class work, cleaning, along with other day to day tasks that were asked of.
Ludus Magnus Performance Center (June 2012-August 2012)
Interned under MAW Program designer and legendary powerlifter Matt Wenning in his personal gym. In his gym I trained clients ranging from athletes, firefighters, elderly with mobility problems and children with mental disabilities utilizing the conjugate method.
