  It happened in less than a week. I start June 1st. I am pumped. It was an amazing opportunity that I cannot pass up. I will miss UNCP a great deal though. This is a good position that I am leaving.

  Tobias, just a few questions for ya. Interesting article. How do you classify your strength levels? What is the criteria that the athletes need to meet before you move them up a level?
