Current Job Description
Assist clients with meeting their fitness goals through training sessions that fit their individual needs. As an intern with KU, I assist with team lifts and conditioning exercises.
Past Job Experience
I have worked at many different fitness clubs that are focused on resistance training and aerobic workouts. Also. have been a camp counselor for kids age 5-14 which primarily focus on keeping them active and attentive.
Education
In May will have a B.S.E in Exercise Science, this past February I became certified as USAW Coach and am currently studying for the CSCS.
