I'm an Assistant Girl's Varsity Soccer coach, i train the team on speed and agility during the summer time as well putting together training programs emphasizing on power lifting. I am also a personal trainer at a small gym called Hometown Fitness in Plainfield, Il. i train a variety of people from losing weight to Pro-athletes.

Had an intern in Minnesota working at Next lEVEL Sports training a variety of high school athletes in speed, agility and lifting.
