yeah-I went to the Perform Better Funct. Trng Summit last summer and they were doing it there. I hear it's a valuable eval. tool. If you study, you can pass the test.
yeah-the acsm test's pretty tough in some ways. if you're good at exercise physiology and answering questions about risk factors, know the cholesterol levels for HDL and LDL, & anatomy, you should be fine. Test's 150 ?'s and you must score a 550 or better.
