Just like Eddie...I'm drooling!!! The only thing I'd add is the new Power Plus 2 Machines since while 2 lifters are working together, they do more reps instantly because they just won't give up on each other, while creating a powerful team-first mind-set.
both of ya make good points. I would also point out that Bama (and im generalizing i dont really feel like looking up where the players come from at Bama) gets kids from either Alabama, LA, FLA, etc. Not too many kids from Texas where there are literally SC for HS kids. The ceiling for Kids at Bama is a lot higher than say, a Texas kid who has been in a SC program for years. more room for improvement.
Michael I agree with what you are saying it seems easier to keep a 5* athlete in healthy shape possibly if the right approach is taken to SC and Nutrition.
However I think if an athlete gets chosen to go to a place like BAMA even if they are 3* compared to the rest of the recruits they are just under trained in HS or not trained at all in HS. Therefore they would probably be easy to make a 5* Athlete at a program like BAMA.

I'd be interested to see how much players at Bama IMPROVE their numbers from Freshman Year to when they exit the SC program.
It's easy to take a 5* athlete and keep him healthy, its another thing entirely to take a 3* bozo and turn him into an athletic freak.
Wow! Great energy! Great room! When I played at UCLA we had a 2000 sq. ft. facility equipped with Nautilus.
I wish I had this coming up! WOW
