Excellent stretch for basketball athletes. With the ball it forces ball control, core strength, rotational movement, all while getting a wonderful stretch.Taking my basketball client through some banded gator/spiderman lunge stretches. The band helps get in the groin area and helping the athlete sit more in the glute to activate stretch. I thank God for allowing me to be creative, therefore, I thought of an added challenge, challenging the core, keeping balance and increasing the stretch more. Rolling the dynomax ball in the opposite direction targets and forces a rotary movement, cross cross body balance and forces strength in the upper body. Banded Spiderman Lunge Stretch with Ball Roll.
