This video was taken my first year with the team and I implemented jump rope training - progressions after the Joint Mobility and Movement Prep. As you can see some are good at it and others were learning. I believe we should always allow an athlete to perform movements in space (an athletic environment), that is where you will find the most dysfunction, and then you can fix it!
