  • We just use split clean as an assistance exercise to improve the technique for the cleans and also to work on the jerk footwork. 

  • Nice split clean. mixing it up or perhaps changing due to injury?  I split off and on because of a bad shoulder.

  • Explosive strength training off the blocks. Every Wednesday we do a combination of exercises off the blocks including power snatch combinations, split cleans, power clean combinations, to go along with full snatches and  full cleans.
