  • The bar is fine- with high-level athletes who lift often, body-bar distance (within reason) is a matter of style, not form.


    Even if you're off, the inch or two won't make a difference. Now, go pick more weight. :-)

  • I appreciate the feedback but at the angle you can't really see where I am to the bar. I start with my shins touching everytime and pull it up along my leg.
  • Too far away from the bar at the start.
