With this exercise, we wanted to challenge the athletes with a complex drill involving lateral jumps (working on lateral movement) over hurdles, landing in an athletic/explosive position holding the medicine ball controlling the core (mimicking going to the basket). However, the athlete has to mimic working to the ball around the court quickly exploding to 4 cone lateral touches in various directions to a quick jump shot.Copyright 2012
