Loved the video! Shows just how challenging it can be to work on improving motor-movement skills, even with eilite athletes. Watching the video can made me reflect on what's really important in helping athletes develop their potential. The strength work/conditioning is not the whole pie, just an important slice, attention needs to be paid to developing athleticism or what Mr. Gambetta calls multi-dimensional speed and strength (I'll add endurance, too). Personally, I think this all fits into the human performance program.
