You will find a mix of basketball specific and sports performance training that challenged the athletes mentally and physically. The athletes faced vigorous temperatures in the gym and outside, where they were put to the test with basketball specific drills from Keith "Shot Doc" Veney and his team. In addition, to vigorous sports performance training sessions that challenged as well as helped each athlete limit and prevent injuries, enhance fine and gross motor skills, hand/eye coordination, reaction, jumping ability, speed, agility, quickness, strength and power.
