Our goal this camp was to "Bridge the Gap" between Basketball specific skills and Sports Performance Training due to the forgotten inclusion. This training is apparent in other sports, however, with this camp we wanted to implement focus work that focused on high impact drills mixed with Sports Performance Training, which is transferable and will take the athlete to the next level. This camp challenged the athlete mentally before fatiguing physically; knowing the goal is "u get what you prepare for"... #SHOTDOCNATION
