This camp took place the week of April 1st. During the Sports Performance section of the camps, I was instrumental in applying different modalities, in addition, to stimulating fine and gross motor skills in addition to slow and twitch muscle fibers. Additionally, I was able to be creative in using rags (as you will see in the video) to work on shoulder mobility, hip mobility, etc... I also allowed the younger kids to be creative in using the tennis balls and dribbling the basketball. Our speed work had to be done inside, however, with the little space, we were able to do parachute runs, cone drills, etc... Lastly, with the older guys, I wanted to put them through a team complex of (bucket carries, SB carries, and over the head tire runs..., all basketball specific and change their playing surfaces - they loved it!
