The Real Jumper™ accommodates numerous dynamic compound exercises through multiple squat variations including the standard squat, pistol squat, and split squat. Each exercise can be performed on two different platforms and may be executed with a static base or as an explosive jump. Athletes may increase the complexity of their exercise by alternating between platforms. Exercises on The Real Jumper™ can range in intensity from dynamic stretching to reaching full VO2 max and lactate threshold within 20-40 seconds/repetitions.
