Yea thats legit and looked easy. Looks like he barely had to bend his knees to catch...

Straps or no straps he is a hoss, and we all should be applauding him. A lot of people never even squat, deadlift, or bench 400lbs clean in their life let alone hang clean it.

EASY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DOESN'T MATTER IF HE USED STRAPS OR NOT. HE'S WORKING ON BUILDING A EXPLOSIVE BODY TO HIT PEOPLE.
