  • Compliments on a solid strength program. Box Squats with chains are great and I like the quick Single-Leg stair jumps. Looks like you'll be putting some explosive athletes on the field this fall.

  • Do you do anything to train the muscles of the head and neck of your athletes? The circumference of their neck was disproportionate to the width of their shoulders.
