Strength & Conditioning Coach Brandon Hourigan from Wake Forest demos power clean and tip technique and training tips for the olympic movement that are very useful for your athletes.This demo was performed at Dorman High school located in Roebuck, SC during a South Carolina Strength Coaches association clinic.
