  • Don't forget to the train the muscles of the head and neck's of your athletes.

  • Good to see Soccer players in the weightroom! Just a little concernced about the plyometrics and specifically the box jumps in terms of execution technique. If anyone would like to 'forum' please let me know. I am a little dissappointed honestly.
